Mossberg Patriot LR Tactical Bolt-Action Rifles

Available in .308, 6.5 Creedmoor, and 6.5 PRC, Mossberg has added the new Patriot Long Range Tactical bolt-action rifle series to its catalog for 2023.

Using an adjustable, customizable MDT Field Stock chassis system and fed from a standard AICS-style metal magazine, Mossberg lends its popular Patriot bolt-action platform and in-house LBA adjustable trigger to the rifle. Across the caliber options, all use a medium profile carbon-steel bull barrel featuring an 11-degree match crown and a 5/8-24 TPI threaded muzzle for all those neat devices out there.

The 6.5 CM and .308 variants come standard with 22-inch barrels while the 6.5 PRC comes with a 24-incher. This gives the rifle an overall length ranging between 42.25 to 44.25 inches, depending on caliber.

The series is feature-rich, to put it mildly, including a stock that is user-adjustable for length of pull and comb/cheek rest height, a user-adjustable trigger in an oversized trigger guard, a top-mounted 20-MOA Picatinny rail/base, an oversized bolt handle, and M-LOK forend. (Photos: Mossberg)

The MSRP on the new Mossberg Patriot LR Tactical series is $1,085 across all calibers.
